Loving God's Word!

Theme scripture:
Proverbs 4:20-22; 2 Timothy 3:16-17

God's Word should be the foundation of all we do or decide as His children. God's Word should become part of our very DNA- what makes us the very person we are. To think about God's Word this way potentially changes the level of importance we place on the Word in our lives. God wants us to love His Word. He wants His Word deeply rooted in our hearts. Remember in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God

Discuss the following:
  1. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best how would you rate the Word of God as activily part of your life and why?
  2. Why is it fundamental as born again believers that our primary belief is that God's Word is truth?
  3. How do we help surround ourselves with God's Word?
  4. How has surrounding yourself with God's Word guided or deepened your walk? Share a testimony in this regards
  5. How has the Holy Spirit enabled you to have understanding of God's Word?
